In 1919 at the workshop in Stralsund the small flying boat LFG 3 "Susanna" was finished. The fuselage of Dural had two steps, one close to the cg the other between the cg and the tailplane. The stabilizer was placed on top of the fin, fixed to the fuselage with two struts on each side. Pilots seat in the nose , the passenger seats side by side behind. Two lower wings stabilized the aircraft in the water, these could be dismantled for transportation. The wooden wing was mounted on struts over the fuselage, three pair of struts on each side. The engine was mounted on top of wing , pusher propeller. One fuel tank in the wing ( 30 l ), one in the fuselage ( 80 l ). Fuel from the last one was fed to the engine with air pressure
