Designed by G. Baatz in 1921. The engine was mounted between the wings with a strut-arrangement. The passengers were placed besides each other in open positions. The aircraft was planned to have dual controls. The two-step fuselage was united with the fin and with the oversize stabilizeron top of fin, the stabilizer was fixed with two struts.The upper wing was in one piece, the lower was attached to the fuselage and had stabilizing floats directly fixed to the wing.Material was Dural, reinforcement on the bottom of the fuselage to make it possible to com close to unknown beaches. Wooden wings with fabric covering.
