Along with many well-known types of aircraft in the history of aeronautics, there were a number of aircraft that were built in small quantities and many of which are almost forgotten today. The Mücke of the brewery director, Dr. Hübner, also belonged to these aircraft.

The director of the Mosbach brewery, Dr. Hübner, built aircraft of his own design in the 1910s and 1912s. After a long pause caused by the First World War, he only returned to the hobby of his youth in 1929. He designed many gliders and was a co-founder of the Mosbach aviation association.
