This Messerschmitt project design was for a long-range bomber. It had a low, swept back wing with four He S 011 jet engines in paired nacelles half-embedded in the wing trailing edge and were fed by a common intake on each lower wing surface. The two man crew sat in a tandem arrangement in the nose of the aircraft. A tricycle landing gear arrangement was designed, with the main wheels retracting into the fuselage. 1000 kg  of bombs could be carried, and the range was 2000 km .
This long-range bomber project was designed by the Lippisch design team. Not much is known of this variant, other than it was of a delta flying wing layout with a single vertical fin and rudder. Four He S 011 turbojets were buried in the rear wing, each with it's own intake duct opening in the wing leading edge. A crew of two was envisioned and the bomb load was to be 2500 kg .
