They arrived in Colombia in 1930 through the Sociedad Colombo Alemana de Transporte Aéreo, SCADTA, and military aviation acquired it in 1932 as a result of the Amazon conflict. SCADTA transferred two of these aircraft, which were registered with tail numbers 851 and 852 to carry out transport, evacuation, liaison and reconnaissance missions.
Once the conflict ended, the flying material was commissioned to the Palanquero Air Base, where they operated until 1939 when they were withdrawn from service.
